1. Commission Structure

​

• IB commission is fixed at $15 per standard lot, based on average spread of 35–40 points.

• Commissions are calculated on closed trades only.

• Commissions are paid out weekly in USD or equivalent local currency.

• No commission will be paid on internal transfers or self-trading accounts.

2. PAMM & Copy Trading Services

​

• PAMM and Copy Trading services are offered free of charge to clients referred by Mr. Daniel.

• GoldenDeerFX reserves the right to monitor and verify client trading activity before approving PAMM/Copier accounts.

 

3. Bonus Credit Structure (Clients)

​

• No bonus will be given on a client’s first deposit.

• First deposit must be a minimum of $5,000, and partial deposits will not be eligible.

• Capital withdrawals are not allowed for 2 months from date of deposit if bonus is applied.

• Any new deposits within the first 2 months may be eligible for 10%–15% tradable bonus, subject to trading activity and risk team review.

• For clients trading consistently for 6 months or more, bonus of up to 50% may be given (e.g., $100,000 deposit may get $50,000 bonus), with management discretion.

4. Bonus Terms and Penalties

​

• Bonuses are non-withdrawable and can only be used for trading.

• If clients attempt to withdraw capital within the lock-in period, entire bonus will be revoked.

• Abuse of bonus or attempts to exploit the system may result in account restrictions or termination.

• ​

5. Seminar & Webinar Support

​

• GoldenDeerFX will co-sponsor 50% of seminar cost, up to $3,000, after minimum 20x D-W business has been generated.

• Participant details and official receipt/invoice of seminar must be submitted.

• Reimbursement will be made only after business volume criteria are met.

• For support requests exceeding $3,000, advance written approval from GoldenDeerFX management is required.

6. Marketing Support

​

• Mr. Daniel is eligible for up to $20,000 in marketing support.

• Marketing funds can be used for:

  • Digital ads

  • Event promotions

  • Local branding

• International seminar support (financial + technical) will be offered once $200,000 D-W business is generated.

7. Technical Event Support

​

• GoldenDeerFX will provide support for qualified events in the form of:

  • Professional speaker (subject to availability)

  • Trading books, printed material, projectors, and technical gear

• All technical event support must be requested at least 10 days in advance with agenda and location details.

• ​

8. Performance-Based Incentives

​

• If $50,000 D-W business is achieved within 2 months, Mr. Daniel will receive:

  • 5% Net Deposit Cash Bonus

  • Europe Couple Trip (3 Nights / 4 Days) – Economy Class flights + 4-star accommodation

  • This offer is exclusive to Mr. Daniel and not transferable

• If $600,000 D-W business is achieved in 6 months, Mr. Daniel will be rewarded with:

  • 15-day Couple Tour to the USA – All-expenses-paid, premium experience

 

9. Fast-Start Activation Bonus

• As soon as $20,000 D-W business is done within the first 15 days:

  • Full IB Commission structure activates immediately

  • $1,000 Get-Together Bonus will be issued to host a team or community gathering

 

10. General Conditions

• D-W = Deposit minus Withdrawals. All performance metrics and eligibility are calculated on net deposits.

• All offers are subject to review and approval by the GoldenDeerFX compliance team.

• GoldenDeerFX reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any offer if abuse, fraud, or regulatory breach is detected.

• Any disputes will be subject to internal arbitration under the laws of Saint Lucia.
